At Midland Metrology Limited, we are proud to offer a first class calibration and inspection service, which is directly traceable to national standards via UKAS. Within our fully equipped laboratory we are able to offer a wide scope of dimensional measuring instrument calibration, as well as a full sub-contract inspection service. Examples of items we regularly calibrate are listed below: • Thread Gauges (Plugs and Rings etc.) • Bore Micrometers • Depth Micrometers • Internal and External Micrometers, • Height Gauges • Cylindrical and Engineers Squares • Vernier and Digital Calipers • Slip Gauges • Depth Micrometers • Spirit Levels • Straight Edges We also offer on-site calibration of larger items such as profile projectors, surface tables, vision systems, co-ordinate measuring machines and hardness testers. UKAS Traceability…
We offer an efficient calibration service, but we also undertake sub contract component measurement and verification. We can offer traceability to National Standards through our own certified master gauges and standards. For non-dimensional calibration items such as temperature, force, hardness and pressure, we can offer an external service to cover these requirements. Please contact us for more details.
